I have always enjoyed Peppermint for it's taste and fun scent. But did you know it's also great for Cooling, Headache, Indigestion, Nausea, Ease breathing, Digestive aid. Insecticide and stimulant. Can irritate eyes. Clears head and refreshes spirit. Said to relieve anger, hysteria and nervous trembling. Depression. Cooling when hot, heater when cold. Encourages perspiration so good for fevers. Good for travel sickness. Keeps drivers alert. Ease headaches, migraines and toothaches. Great for getting rid of ants and rodents.
Citronella is our featured essential oil today. It's that time of year to stock up on the "bug" oil - this essential oil is great to be used as an insect repellent and gets rid of fleas. Clears the mind, it aromatherapy is for headaches. Can be used as a deodorant and can rub on tired feet to rejuvenate. Also is an antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic and a sedative.
